I have finally succumbed to trying out the MiCW for new MAS/MCD installs to see if it actually saves me any time. The main reason for this is the additional work involved with the extra users for twinned EHDU and UC Endpoints etc.
So far so good but I’m not sure I like the way the ARS/COR is done, however I’m prepared to adapt to this and to save me reinventing the wheel do you guys in the UK already know the COR mappings for end users?

I do not remember how the defaults are set from Mitel. What I do is use the import additional CSV's and have all my defaults the way I want them configured using the import spreadsheets. I just leave the COS and ARS as default in the wizard and then it does the imports last so my settings override. And yes if you are installing sites frequently I find this saves a lot of time!

Agree with Alpha. We typically use the import spreadsheets to collect data and its easier to just skip to the import sections and use data from the import spreadsheets then it is to try to work with what the tool does and doesn't provide. This allows us to somewhat "standardize" aspects of an installation.

The beatings will continue until morale improves.

I agree the MiCW ARS is not to my liking either.
