MICS6.1- delayed connection/ disappearing line indicator

I wanted to check if anyone has had these wierd problems
maybe they are related.htey are both intermittent
New install - nothing in the alarm log

1. Incomign calls coming in on lines to reception (M7324) - answer - press hold (the LCD segment becomes blank on this set)- but another set can see it blinking and press to talk - after that it becomes solid on the reception phone

2. the second problem is there is a dealy - when u answer a held call, there is about 1 to 2 second delay before the speech comes through (both handset/ handsfree)

tried brand new phones on those ....still

What type of incoming lines do you have?

Analog lines - on LS/DS cards, spread across module 2 and 8
