Are they compatible? If so, I am changing out a CICS with 4.2 for a MICS with 6.0. Any easy way to reset the Flash without redoing all the mailboxes and CCR trees?

MICS6.0 & Flash 2.0.10 Compatibility

According to my chart, you are good to go. It says the Flash has to be at least 1.9.
Are you changing the DN length? That is the only reason you would have to redo the Flash. If so, I don't know of an easy way without rebuilding everything.
