Running a MICS-XC 5.0 with 2 PRI's, a NAM 4.0 and a Cinphony ACD. Encountered a problem a few times. When in a remote seesion to the system, the system does not allow user to dial out over PRI's. Inbound is not affected. Can dial out over normal trunk lines. The only way to fix problem is to restore last know "working" database or re-initializing the databse and re-program. Rebooting,disabling,enabling trunks does not affect it or fix it. Is there a known problem with the software? Using remote utilities 9.0. Any info greatly appreciated!!!
