Installed new MICS XC 7.1 S/W upgrading from MICS 7.0. Now I can make outbound calls but cannot receive calls. Sysytem maintained programming except setting up my routes for the PRI. When calling inbound I receive a dial tone. Worked with AT&T and they say it is from my system. Any ideas is appreciated. Joe

I have heard of this before but for the life of me I could not tell you what caused it. 1) Try a reboot, 2) Rebuild the PRI from scratch.

It does sound like DISA, but I don't know why an upgrade would change those settings.

You might want to try unplugging the PRI from the system and place a test call to make sure you get a fast busy.

Folks, thanks for the help. I managed to get it corrected this early morning. The cure was to remove the PRI and program it as if it was a LS/DS trunk card / loop. then change it back to the PRI. I never have seen this before but hope this helps others in the future. Thank you
