MICS XC 5.0 with ESF T1 with DID

I have installed a MICS with XC 5.0 with 1 in/out DID T1. DID on all 24 channels. I can
not get the DID to work with a Line Configuration of E&M. The DID does
work and does route to the proper target line and DN if the line is
configured as DID but this of course limits all the lines as incoming
only and no one can dial out. The T1 provider seems to have their end programmed correctly since when I switch from E&M to DID it works OK but not correctly
Is there a bug in the
XC 5.0 or is there some parameters that are not configured correctly
from the T1 provider. I have called many places
for technical assistance and I have stumped them all some did not even
know about the problem integrating the XC 5.0 with the voice mail
system. (calls will not forward to indivduals voice mail boxes but back to the main
greeting oops)

Yes, these are two way trunks.
I did figure it out today. Under line configuration the Answer mode has to be set to Automatic and DISA has to be set to no. These two setting fixed everything. I hope this helps out someone else.
