Have a customer that just moved from an old partner plus to an MICS. They have a new location across the street that has been accessing partner thru a cordless. I'm putting in an ATA but can't seem to put my finger on the feature code so that he can access a particular line that has been put on hold for him by receptionist. They are not in the habit of transferring calls, just paging to notify call on hold on particular line. Danke!

With ATA's, you cannot pickup a line unless its free in a line pool because there is no way to unless you set the ATA to a line. I would recommend parking calls instead of holding them by line (F74). Then all he has to do across the street is pickup the phone and dial the park number and he's connected.

Yep, that's what I thought it was looking like!
Thanx,
