MICS v4 SMDR not getting CID information

I have a Norstar MICS that just recently upgraded to T1-PRI for caller ID. The CID info appears on the telephones, however, the CID info does not appear on the SMDR. Is there a program to enable CID info for SMDR?

two questions for you, is this a SMDR-6? and what format are you utilizing for output?

on a SMDR-6 you need SL-1 CLID FORMAT, Norstar CLID, Norstar REALTIME OR Norstar ALL formats.

do you have it enabled to track both incoming and outgoing calls?
what is the software you are using for report generation?

is it showing up in the raw data or else do as jerryreeve says

Access the programming parameters of the SMDR by dialing F9*2 from any 7310, 7316 or 7324 telephone.

Yes it is SMDR6. I did change the format from standand to CLID and was able to get the information on SMDR. However, the information only shows on the VM extension, not on the extension receiving the call via AA transfer. Is there another parameter that needs to be changed to get the information to show up in SMDR on all extensions that recieves the transfer?????
