Can anyone offer some advice regarding upgrading a MICS T1 Release 1 to 4.1 XC so Call Pilot 150 can be supported?

You need the upgrade tool to bring it up to 4.1. I would manually copy all configurations such as ports/dns, names, line assignments and so on.

I'm sure there's lots more info, if you click on the search tab at the top of the page and type in Upgrading a MICS or something like that you should be able to get the info you need. People on this forum seem to have differing opinions concerning this process, so read through and decide what's best for you.
