MICS T1 intragration with Dialogic

I'm trying to intergrate MICS to a Dialogic based system via T1 (D4 AMI E&M Wink). There is a carrier t1 currently attached to the MICS and passing traffic. When the Dialogic system is attached the MICS siezes the channel, the dialogic winks, and MICS goes back on hook. I have tried to modify the signalling bits to a bit high only, to modify abcd bit high, to shorten the wink length, and lengthen the wink length without any change of behaivor on the MICS. Has anyone had experience with intergrating a dialogic t1 with the MICS? Any suggestions?
