MICS System time is slow

I have a customer with a MICS with MICS--XC 5.0 S/W W1 06.02 2003/01 software. The system Clock loses about 5 minutes a day. Has anyone seen this before?

put in a CID Card and set time/date to auto

The only thing that I've found works, is to reboot the phone system. Usually works.

How is the power there? so far I've only seen lost time when the system take a power reset (the clock stops when power is off). maybe an UPS could solve the problem.

Thanks to everyone. I will start with the UPS. We have been meaning to get one on there anyway. If that does not work we will try the CLID card.
