MICS (SP30CPG10) PRI,,,,,lost destination code

Twice in the last year, customer has lost the ability to call out, inbound fine. A check of programming, found that destination code 9 any was blank, but everything else related to PRI fine,,,, re-programmed as following and everything fine:
Destination code 9 any
normal: set to 001
Absorb 1
repeat for Night

Any idea why or suggestions to fix or work around? Thx

Check for both alarms and events for that day.
Change the config password.

What version of ram cartridge do you have? I have had the older ones cause weird things like affecting call forwards, system speed dials and maybe in your case a destination code.

I'd also suspect the NVRAM cartridge. If it's Rel 01 then weird things can happen as phoneguy427 wrote. If it's Rel 02 the memory cap could be bad in the NVRAM cartridge which can cause routing to be lost in the event of a power outage.
