Can anyone tell me which versions of software these cartridges contain for out MICS.

1st Cartridge reports : SP30nDI15 DR6
2nd Cartridge reports : SP30HjD04 DR6

The reason I ask is there is no "system programming" section, and the other thread says that "Nd" is MICS 4.1 but ours is "nD" have we got version 1 ?????

Thanks

nD is 4.1
If you dont see certain programming headers, your vendor may have changed the passwords to keep you out of certain areas.

Disregard my last post- it is incorrect
Nd=4.1
What do you see when you go into programming- what headers are there?

The equipment is from the UK (so am I).

Configuration Headings are :

Line Data
Line Access
Routing
Call Handling
Misc
System Data

I've downloaded the manual for the MICS T1 Rel1 which seems to be the nearest, but this manual refers to the "Line Data" header as "Trk/Line Data".

The software cartridge is labelled "DASS 2" and the options for LC's is either "DASS 2" or "Loop".

OK- that looks like R1-(if you were in North America)
The thing is- the sp software codes and release versions do not correspond between North America and "across the pond"

It also appears the programming is slightly different. An R1T1 manual may be closest- or you may want to try and get a UK version.

God save the Queen

Will it support ISDN2 and ISDN30 cards ???

And any idea of the target line range for DID/DDI ???

Sorry- don’t know a thing about UK norstar.
In NrthAmrca- ISDN-PRI is not supported until 4.1.

What version in the USA supported ISDN BRI (We call it ISDN2e)

FYI : we refer to ISDN PRI as ISDN30 (because its got 30 lines !)

BRI is supported at CICS/MICS 2.0
BRI is not common when compared to PRI over here (in my experience)
