MICS Software version with Copper NAM 4.0

I think you can also get away with just the NAM patch instead of upgrading to 4.1. I am not sure if there are other conflicts, but I have used 4.0 NAM's with the patch on 6.1 before.

its called redirect dn. Turn that option to NO in the voicemail manager software.
Although I have not had any issues using a 4.0 on a MICS 6.1 just like choicetelecom said, I will recommend you upgrading your NAM and use 4.1 like hawks said.

The R4.0 NAM will boot up with a MICS R6.1, but there will be transfer problems. Would definitely recommend upgrading the NAM to R4.1.
