MICS restore

The MICS is know for changing it's SYSID without notice. If I have a back up copy of the MICS and the SYSID changes and then I restore using the backup file will the SYSID change back to the original SYSID? If not will the programing be restored but the SYSID will be changed and thus for example wipe out all keycodes like the PRI code?

A restore will not change the SYSID back, and the PRI Enabler will be invalid since it's based on a different SYSID. As long as there is not a downgrade of hardware or software the SYSID shouldn't change.
