I have a MICS with 6 analog lines and a CP100 ver2 and basic call center on the CP100.

Today, now agents were able to login to the ACD. Customer reset the system (power cycled).

About a half hour later the system reset itself on its own. The book says that if you do not see event messages in the system then the system reset and followed its "normal recovery from unusual combination of system events".

I checked the event log, there were a ton of events as follows:

EVT995-0009D401
EVT995-0009DC01
EVT995-0009E401
EVT995-0009EC01
EVT995-0009C000
EVT995-0009F401
EVT995-0009C800
EVT995-0009D800
EVT995-0009E000

there were about 40 or so similar events, the last for digits were different in each case.

Can anyone tell me what happened?

You should first verify your CallPilot and KSU software are compatible.
Post your software versions for the mail and the KSU.

we have a MICS 6.0

at first, it had 5 lines in use, in the ACD que but the agents could not log on (they tell me). they power cycled, then it reset itself 30 minutes later.
