under general admin > Capabilities > Set capabilities
i dont see the option DND on busy.
Here is how the options appear:
Fwd on no answer
Fwd on busy
Allow redirect
the programming record also indicates it should be there. any suggestions welcome. the customer needs the phone not to ring when on another call
