Mics PRI possible ?

if its possibile do i need to upgrade from mics 4.0

and if i do would i lost my Database

do i need to get a pri enabler code, service card , PRI card

PRI can be done with 4.0, but it's usually advisable to upgrade to at least 6.1 MR. You will not lose your database unless the memory cap has gone bad on the MICS. Best to do a backup with NRU before upgrading. You will need a digital trunk card, services card or combo card, and a PRI Enabler keycode.
