I have a Mics 7.0 with a reg T1 there are six business on this system all have the same out going caller id, now they want caller id and different outgoing caller id for each business I know i need PRI enabler but my question is how do i set up OLI, they want all outgoing caller id to be the same for all of the ext for each business and will the OLI work on all of the channels then

Just put in the OLI number for each DN. They can be the same on multiple DN, but you have to watch out for people using caller ID redial. If you don't care, then go for it. All calls will arrive on the same target line. That may not be convenient.

Make sure your Telco's screen table is set up to allow the OLI coming from the KSU to pass. If your having problems with OLI not working you will have to get to the Telco. When OLI is engaged the outgoing display will be Business Name - DN Name - OLI. Unfortunately in a MICS you can't have multiple Business Names so your DN names may have to be reflective of the company rather than the person and the Business Name will have to be generic or a single letter.
