MICS PRI - No inbound calls

Outbound calls ok.

For any incoming DID over the PRI, the caller, upon completion of dialing the DID number, hear a slight stuttered dial tone followed by a steady dial tone. Caller never reaches the called party.

MICS has:

6 port fiber card in slot 2
DS card in slot 3
PRI card in slot 4.

Have followed several versions of step by step instructions for configuring a PRI on Norstar but to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like DISA answering, make sure its off.
