Anyone know how to extend the MICS PRI Interdigit timer to give a user more time to figure out what number they are dialing before the call fails?

Someone else said the same thing but on MICS 4.1 SW there is no System Programming/Dial Plan/Dial Time Out. I should have noted the SW level and hopefully somebody knows if it is even an option on 4.1 Thanks for the input though.
