I installed a MICS with 15 sets and 8 lines two weeks ago.
Yesterday it partially defaulted. Lines 3 to 8 were removed from all sets, but all other programming remained the same including auto dial buttons programmed by the customer.
No power failure.
Has anyone had this happen?

Acording to the customer, there wasn't a power outage.

customer lie..the customer is alway right ..until you leave then the truth is told ...most are not always right...few are miserable sob's
