MICS not displaying CID

Ok, so I installed the CI card, but the MICS will not display IB CID until the line is picked up.
What is going on?

The MICS has a solid style software cartridge, with the following ID. NA-MICS 1.1 V12.3
I did order the 6.1 software, but the cartridge has no place to put it in. What am I missing?

You need the nv-ram cartridge to put the software in.

The older version of software would only allow auto display on one ringing phone others had to do call information feature 811 to display call before picking up.

Plus once you have the NVRAM you will need to turn CID for ringing sets @ 2 different placed on via Terminals & Sets Telco Features, Feature assign lines & Callerd ID: Y
