MICS Music on Hold 1

I have wired audio source to proper terminals- pair 17- on block from MICS R5 and cannot get audio source. Phone volumes can be turned up on sets and all there is is white noise. Is there something which must be enabled for system-wide MOH I have missed?

Yes, you need to go to "System Programming/Feature Settings" and set "on Hold" to Music, and you can also enable background music to yes so that you can listen to the music from you sets.

Thanks...I've done that. I was looking for something else that might have been overlooked during install. That sys prog setting has been changed. It'll do tones...but no music.

Just to belabor the point you have your MOH connected to the Middle amphenol cable right? Yellow/ Orange? Can you do a feature 86 and get anything? MRoberts
