the music on hold is coming out in a very low volune when put some body on hold or use the backround music, i increase the volume of the CD to the max yet the level of MOH is still very low
any suggestion

you really need a music source that has a 600 or 800 ohm output

Check your connections, too. Cheap headphone cables are made with copper painted string, and perform horribly when you try to strip 'em back to connect them to a block.
