We have a MICS XC 4.1.6.15 (sp:3NcG15)that is losing minutes, it just seems to run slow. When clock is reset it stays until a new calls comes in, then it reverts back to the previous time setting. THIS IS NUTS! Anybody ever heard of this and know what it takes to fix??

I'll make a bet that you have Caller ID. with caller ID or PRI the Auto time and date take the date/time info off of incoming caller ID calls and utilize it for system time if the system time is more than 2 minutes off.(according to the book). if you want to use your own time as standard and not the caller id time then set auto time/date to no in system programming->features->auto date/time.

Dang NAMit Jerry, you got it! You'd won that bet! IDn't see that in the book. A tech is going to change it later today. We'll see how far off their clock is but it appears they had it set about 5 minutes faster than the world clock.
Neat site curlycord, thanks!
