We have an MICS with a integrated T1 from a CLEC. There are 12 voice channels and 12 internet channels.
on an irregular basis the customer loses the ability to dial out. all of the phone lines go dead.
i can't believe the MICS is acting flaky and causing this. Anyone else seen something like this?
