Hi all,
IT guy with phone issues.
Placing call with ATT, but would like to verify its not something I can resolve to save the business owner some money.
Existing install. No previous issues.
MICS 7.1 with single expansion card.
4 lines in hunt group with call forwarding no busy with VM on line 1.
All lines forward to a forwarding number. Not sure if that is relevant.
Issue is:
Incoming calls come in and rollover as normal.
Unable to open line 1 and line 3 to place an outgoing call.
Occurs on all handsets.
I verified wiring.
Pulled and reseated card in MICS.
Reseated cables in MICS and on panel.
Pulled and terminated lines on all the blocks.
Also moved lines to the bottom of the block to see if portion of the block was bad.
And yes, I also moved the lines running to the d-block, everything matches up.
Tested between each of the above. No changes in behavior.
Not sure if 10-digit dialing was put into effect, checking into that now.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
John
