I know it does a system restart because it's happened three times.

Anyone know the condition and the listed meaning for this message?

thanks

Here's what my manual says:

Event code 137 - The system is trying to start a timer that is still running, or trying to cancel a timer that is not running.

Action - Contact your local support group and get restart tracebacks (including RTP tracebacks in a North American system).

I have the manuals that came with our phone system, but couldn't locate the definition of this event code other than "it causes a restart".

What manual has the explanation, exsmogger?
