Will mics 6.0 show clid on all ringing sets?

Yes
In Terminals and Sets go to Telco Features and turn on the lines you want to view CLID. Line must be set to Appear and Ring or Ring Only

Isn't CLID to all sets a Rls 6.1 thing?

NO the enhancements on CID in 6.1 are:

When you are on a call and a second call comes into your set you actually can see who the second caller is without putting your original call on hold.
