Could someone explain the advantages/disavantages of repeating the backup/restore system programming on a daily basis versus every 7 days; 15 days; or 30 days? How much programming changes on a daily basis that requires day to day backup/restore? Thank you in advance for any help!

depends on you mac/ticket frequencey..if at a loss do it everytime you move a phone...or do it once a month with vm
