MICS CDA XC 4.1 dialing out problem

this place has a PRI and for the past 2 months or so once in a while, they cannot make outgoing calls "all lines busy" message on the phone display.
carrier confirmed no problems

EVT 799 (call processing error) and EVT 367 are recorded ...

if we login to feature ** and logoff it starts working fine, (logged in to check if the routing code is correct and it was correct)

if we dont login, it does not recover from the problem?

any suggestions or ideas ...

You need to do an upgrade on the software..There is a glitch on that Release...Unless you can get a patch from Nortel..

This is a normal problem on the 4.0 software..

this software is 4.1 XC and hte customer did not have any problems for the past 3 years ... it just started

have opened a case with nortel ... htey've asked us to change the NVRAM cartridge since it is rel 1
