mics call handleing 1

Have a mics 7.0 and have a private number that show up on two sets. one is set for app and ring and on the recp phone it is set for app only.
the customer wants his line to be answer by the recp when he is not there and after hours what his private line to go to his personel voice mail. does DTR override the call fwd to voicemail or setting the owner of the private line to have his set as prime will keep the recp station (221) from her voicemail from answering the line if it transfer back to her and see does not answer the line. other words he wants her as a back up to answer his line, but if she does not get it rolls to his voicemail not hers. clear as mud right..............

I would set her VMail to 6 ring and let the line ring on her phone all the time and his to 4 ring this is if her Ext # is a lower # than his if his is a lower # you can just make his line ring on her phone and make shore that the ring transfer is set the same
