It's been requested I change the current configuration which does not allow outbound forwarding of office lines to cell phone/ home phone etc....

The facility in question is in another state, which I remotely connect to their system with Norstar ICS Programming tools via modem.

Can I make this change? If so where, and how?

Thank you, any help is greatly appreciated.

-Version 4.1 or up required
-Setup a route to use pool out
-Setup Dest code to use that route
-Allow Redirect in Capabilities
-Forward set to the dest code followed by your cell #

This maybe in our FAQ's section already

Hi curlycord, thank you for replying.

How can I determine the version based on remote connectivity? I can say with certainty, all of our MICS systems in the field have been in place well over 10 years each.
