MICS and NAM offsite fowarding

Using mailbox 400 to call forward user off site, but outbound transfer fails when setup to use pool 1, when using line, transfers work fine as long as that line is available. NAM port have access to pool A. Anyone have any ideas for me?

are your line set up in pool a

Yes, we are able to use code 8 plus phone number to dial out on all sets. 8 is assigned to pool A.

if using outbound transfer put in #532 then number
this will do a link transfer (if you have it on telco lines)
then the pool is not used and you don't tie up two lines for the duration of the transfer

or try to set up a route for the transfer
