MICS and NAM delayed MWI 2

I've got another customer with an issue. MWI isn't displaying on their sets until on average 2 days after messages were sent.

I'm going out Monday to troublesoot, and I don't have sw levels yet, but what common causes have you guys seen?

Just rebooting needed.
Too much hard drive space takin up.
Some Channels not working.
Some channels not reservered (or min max? cant remember).
Corruption.
Defrag needed.
Hard drive failing.

Thats all I can think of right now.

Delete mailbox, exit programming, create mailbox again. Bad spot on harddrive.

I've ran into this problem on several sites, and usually a reboot works.

They're not using ACD, but Min/Max is still worth checking. I hadn't considered that.

If it is isolated to a few mb's, I'll rebuild those, too.
