Does the MICS conme standard with CID as long as I have the telco. providing CID on each loop?

Do I need to ensble CID within CONFIG?

You must have CID trunk cards. Unless you have 6.1 or higher you can only display CID at one set automatically. If you have 6.1 or higher turn on CID display for each set in Terminals&Sets under Telco Features. Lines must appear & ring on the set to be able to turn this feature on.

This is a 10 year old system being reinstall. I have a COMBO card in the MICS. Should I be able to plug the female AMP direct onto the MICS carrier?

Right now I have the AMP plugged into the fiber unit and then into port 4.

BTW what does TC and TCM mean? I think that is what it says when I am looking at the port status.

TC stands for Trunk Card and TCM stands for Trunk Card Module.

I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than to have a frontal lobotomy
