Can someone tell me what alarm code 630 means ?

My MICS reboot sometime and this code appear on the Sys test log.

The MICS XC 6.1 is equip with two digital line card and is linked with another MICS XC 6.1 (MCDN)

It's a timer error. Not uncommon on a restart.
