MICS 7316e phone showing activity ID

I have a MICS 7.0 with a Call Pilot 150. Lately one set will display "Activity ID" and the phone will not operate until the release button is pushed. Any idea what this is? It only happens on one extension.

That's new to me, but have you checked to make sure your handset isn't plugged into the headset jack on the back of the phone?
