MICS 7 QSIG option?

We are adding a 3rd party voicemail to our MICS through a PRI interface and the instructions on the 3rd party voicemail are to program PRI as QSIG, but I've never heard of this system supporting QSIG. Am I wrong or is QSIG an option?

I have been doing Norstars from the old 8X24 to the 7.1 I have never seen an option for QSIG on a PRI for a Norstar.
