Question. I set up ringing groups utilizing groups 719, 720, 721.
719 has been programmed to ring extensions 201,202,203,204,205 and 249. That works fine when the first call comes in off the Call Pilot 150. However, if there are multiple calls pointed to RG 719 it seems when the first call is completed, the secondary calls ring only one phone. In this case ext 203. 203 is also associated with the general mailbox 100. Is this a system design issue. why wouldn't second and third calls to the group ring all programmed phones? Thanks.

Hunt groups do not follow any ringing on a phone so if it is going to 203 and a mailbox that is not the HG ringing. Make sure that you have the line assigned to the HG. Check the prime too.
Check that the line is not assigned to 203 plus set the prime for the HG.

check to see if you are sending second calls in the hunt group to overflow instead of queue. if the ext 203 is the overflow then calls would go to 203 and follow 203's forwarding.
