Telco is sending more or less digits than you have programmed for.

DID everything right but it just keep ringing the prime set.
target line is assign 157 to main and 200 to main the rest are private DID to ext's.

You may have done it right, but telco hasn't. Just double check what there sending and what your expecting.

How many receive digits are you programmed to receive? You could try setting it to 7, or 10, and reprogramming all your DID's, or get the Telco to dispatch someone with a T-Berd to prove you're getting the number of digits you've requested. I've had this trouble before, too. Usually the first step in reporting PRI trouble is with the customer's sales rep, and they'll just look up what's in their records. That doesn't mean their switch is programmed that way.

thnx rikrodgers that is on the works still waiting for them to call back.

What does the display on the prime set tell you before you answer the call?

Do you have a SMDR-6 you can slap on there and see what is showing as CID from telco? This also would tell you which PRI Line the call is coming on as well as the Target line being activated.

Could you double check lines 1-23 and verify that the Prime set has been set to none?
