When setting up a system with 2 T1's is it require to have XC software and also two combo cards. If any one has the spec please let me know.

XC is not required. One combo card is sufficient unless you expect heavy traffic on your system. Then you could add a services card for more touchtone receivers. XC would be required to install 2 combo cards, which would also give you 6 additional fiber ports to add more station and/or trunk modules.
