MICS 7.1 ISDN Caller ID issue 1

Upgraded a MICS (7.1)to ISDN. Caller ID used to appear (CI cartridge) before the call was answered, now it doesn't until after the call.

Under sets go to telco features to program and allow.
Lines must be set to ring at the ext to see caller id, unless its a transferred call.
