MICS 7.1 CCR Path 1 won't accept HG DN 739

Hi all!

Programmed an MICS 7.1 HG with 2 members... x221 & x222 with lines to appear and ring set up as broadcast. Call Pilot CCR Tree 1 Path 1 will not accept HG DN x739.

Customer also wants CLID Info. Programmed x221 for clid, comes up as wireless customer only until the call is answered then he can push info for the number. he doesn't want to push another button. Brags about how his cheapo telephone gave him name and number before he picked up the call.

This has really got me stumped.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you not get a symptom for you to think that? such as "I enter the DN, but the digits do not show up on the display" or maybe sates "It states Invalid DN when I try"

Under where? the HG programming or Line Access?
HG line assignment is not required since you have AA answering the calls.

Did you mean to say "name only"?
Caller ID should show the name then change to the number.

Lines need to be told to Appear&Ring, not just Appear...if no Ring then no CLID until answered.
But again you say AA answers so when a call is transferred by AA or any phone it should work name and number but note on traditional lines CLID is sent between the 1st & 2nd ring so change AA to 2 Rings.
