Mics 7.1 backup

Had Technician go to jobsite and do a backup with nru11 and when it came time to save system id he entered an incorrect id (12345678).
Today the system crashed and we went to do a restore and it won't accept the backup because the system id on the backup is wrong. Is there any way to correct the sys id?
