Mics 7.1 and Flash Issue

For whatever reason 4 extensions pick up after 1 ring even though the FNA is set to 4. This only happens with internal calls. If I remove FNA the phones keep ringing, but as soon as I put it back, it's answered after 1 ring. If you call from outside and get transfered FNA works fine after 4 rings. There are no target lines or AA so nothing is answering first. I've rebooted the flash and Mics but it didn't help.
These 4 phones have an answer DN of a DMC phone. Would this effect the FNA at all? I've removed the answer DN's but the problem is still there. Any ideas?

Is your Flash V2.0 or V2.1? Anything lower is not compatible with MICS DR7.1.

I forgot to mention that. I'm pretty sure it's 2.0.

Especially the twist of "only on internal calls".

Does this happen if you add the FNA to just one set and test?

Please post the SP Version of the Norstar and the VM version.

Ya this one has me completely stumped! I added FNA to other phones and it works fine. Just on those 4 sets it answers quickly. Just for fun I deleted their mailboxes and created a new one. The problem still exists.
I'd have to go back to site to get the SP versions. I'll post them as soon as I get them.
