MICS 7.0 XC Restrictions 2

We've got a customer with a MCIS 7.0XC MR C04 with an issue.
They are using a PRI and Zone Paging through a Trunk. Several of the sets are restricted to dialing 911 only.

Problem: building a filter to restrict any, with an override for 911 works, but when I add overrides for the page zones (1-4), those sets are able to dial any digits starting with 1-4, as though I'd programmed the override as 1 any, etc...

Are restrictions an issue with this sw release, or am I missing something obvious?

Try restricting 1(any), 2(any), ect.., ect. and see what happens,

I haven't had a lot of time to play with it yet, but I'll be on site again tomorrow. Of course, this dialing issue was mentioned to me as an asside while I was working on another project for them. I was a little perplexed when it didn't work the way I normally program them. I'll post again tomorrow.

Tomorrow" ran a bit awry. Today I was back on site.

Your suggestion didn't work, hawks. Kept getting Restricted call that way.

I assigned filter 02 (no restrictions) under Line/Set. Worked.

Note for those with the same trouble- to use line/set filters, you've gotta have the line you're applying the filter to assigned to that set. If the line in question is being accessed by a pool code, the line/set filter will still apply.

I often times find that I misprogram filters when using a system phone. I find it much easier to program and assign the correct filters using the browser function of NRU. See if this helps.
