My Scenario:
I have a fax server that will route faxes to users' email accounts via DTMF. I've read that this can be done with a VMI, but have been unable to come up with any specifics on how to accomplish this. Here's what I have:
300 DIDs - 150 for voice, 150 for fax.
MICS 7.0
MultiTech FaxFinder FF420
VMI
Any programming suggestions are appreciated. I've seen a lot of older posts where people have attempted this, but without any definite solutions. Our past attempts at other solutions have failed. My vendor said he'd heard that it was possible using a VMI, so we're both trying to track down exactly how to make it work.
