Desktop messaging. I've never set it up, but it can be done.
I've installed it couple times, cringed everytime, but it's a plug and play.
Do insist that the client supply IT support, if you check your CD's you will see the PDF files and what Operating system it's compatible.
Sometimes IP addresses get changed in Micorsoft and IT need to figure out that part.
